Gnar Bar Warranty
Royal Racks offers a limited warranty of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years after original purchase from an authorized Royal Racks dealer (or website). This means that if the materials in your rack aren't right or if the rack isn't put together correctly, we'll repair or replace it, at our option. But, this doesn't mean you can abuse your Gnar Bar and expect us to fix it for free. We don't cover normal wear of surface, tubes, spring, loss or theft. You will void your warranty if you decide to disassemble or tamper with any component of the product. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so hold onto your receipt. Royal Racks will not accept a warranty claim or repair request if a Gnar Bar has evidence of excessive abuse or misuse.

If you’re in North America, call us at (608) 630-0153 from 9 to 5 Mountain time, Monday to Thursday, 10 to 5 Mountain time Friday, and we’ll talk you through a solution. Racks sent back to us without prior notification will be rejected.
